We are dedicated to ensuring that every customer feels secure that their needs will be met with the utmost care and consideration. Our customer service department consists of representatives ready to handle any customer's needs in a timely, efficient and friendly manner. |

| The customer service department is made up of three sectors consisting of: Graphics and Display, Brown Box and Direct Print, and Wood, Foam, and Distribution. All customer service representatives are very knowledgeable in their appointed area and are able to assist our customers with the highest quality of service. Our customer service department has a total of 30 years combined experience in the packaging industry. |

| Our customer service department is equipped with all the necessary tools to service our customers in any way that they may require. Customer service representatives are able to take orders via phone, fax, and/or e-mail. They are equipped with resources to assist customers with questions and concerns regarding their products. A customer service representative will always be available for customers between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm. Our goal is to make it as convenient as possible from the beginning to the end of the order process. |
